Welcome to Food Network’s Healthy Eats. The name might be a dead giveaway, but we’re all about the latest tips, nutrition news, low-calorie recipes and easy ideas for adding fresher, more wholesome foods to your life.
To us, healthy eating doesn’t mean deprivation and crash diets — or even diets at all. All the recipes we spotlight come from Food Network’s great chefs, meet strict nutritional guidelines and feature wholesome ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy, nuts and seeds, legumes, lean meats, seafood and healthy fats.
