Welcome to Healthy Eats. The name might be a dead giveaway, but we’re all about the latest tips, nutrition news, low-calorie recipes and easy ideas for adding fresher, more wholesome foods to your life.
To us, healthy eating doesn’t mean deprivation and crash diets — or even diets at all. All the recipes we spotlight come from our sister sites, Foodnetwork.com and Recipezaar.com, and meet strict nutritional guidelines and feature wholesome ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy, nuts and seeds, legumes, lean meats, seafood and healthy fats.
Lead by a dedicated team of culinary and nutrition professionals, Healthy Eats is about more than just food — we want to help you make the wisest, healthiest everyday choices.
