It can be challenging to keep things interesting at the breakfast table. Stay out of a breakfast rut this year with these tasty and nutritious options.

Whole Grains
Get started on your fiber intake first thing in the morning. You’ll feel more satisfied and energized for the day ahead. This list includes several make-ahead options, so all the prep can be done the night before.

Overnight French Toast Bake
Whole Wheat Biscuits

Pumpkin Oatmeal
Overnight Oatmeal

High Protein
Much like fiber, high-protein meals can help keep you satisfied throughout the morning. Easy egg recipes are always a good choice, as are smoothies and parfaits made with Greek yogurt.

Homemade Greek Yogurt
Papaya Banana Smoothie
Scrambled Eggs Over Asparagus

Fruit-Filled
Boost your intake of vitamins and minerals by piling more fruit into the most important meal of the day. Mix it up with fresh and dried options.

Not a stupid question. Ezekiel bread, scramble eggs, w/ spinach and a side of berries or oatmeal w/ milk, ground flaxseeds & fruits or homemade parfait add chia seeds or ground flaxseeds.
