    Grilled salmon with fresh rosemary, lemon juice, olive oil and garlic. That paired with some fresh bread, and whatever vegetable catches my eye and looks like it would be best suited for the grill that night, typically asparagus.

    Our go to weeknight meal is groundbeef tacos, Spanish rice and fresh pinto beans. Some times ok.. All the time we fry the tortilla for the shells we pull them out of the oil and sprinkle parmesan cheese on the outside of the shell before it is stuffed. Topped with fresh cut tomatoes and lettuce. So good!

    My go to weekday meal would; be Hamburger Taco, its so quick and easy to and fix
    just cut up onions lettuce, tomatoes , and some Refried beans .the kids love them especially when you make the Hard shells, and there able to put what they want in them
