    Mine has been a fresh mozzarella and tomato panini with sun-dried tomato pesto on Tuscan bread. I don't have a panini maker so I make due with a frying pan and a bacon press :).

    Tacos are my go to dinner. Especially this time of year with all the wonderful fresh vegetables from the garden. Juice tomatoes and kicky peppers make any night a fiesta.

    My go to meal is tacos lean ground beef, and all the natural and fatfree toppings…It is fast easy. Left overs can be used to make quasadia or add low fat cheese for a dip.

    Stir-fry – chicken, shrimp, beef – whatever veggies are handy. If I'm in a real hurry I serve them with ramen, otherwise with rice, noodles, or vermicelli.

    My go to night meal is my Hello Hash with Pork. It has veges, potato's, cream sauce and cheese its quick to make and then takes 45 minutes to cook. This meal can be prepared the day before and you can substitute the pork with chicken or hamburger.
