Just because summer is winding down doesn’t mean your workout plan should do the same.     my favorite way to get moving is going on a nice walk i have issues with my knee so no more running for me would love to win this water bottle as i drink tons of water thanks for the chance

    I like walking, cycling & aerobics but I get those days where I just don't feel like those types of activities. When that happens I find other ways to get moving. I might wash and dry the car by hand, clean out the garage or basement, mow the grass with a push mower, etc. I don't feel so guilty for skipping my workout and everything is clean and organized!

    I've started working out with the help of a personal trainer. I get moving by working out with trainer for 1 hour, 4 days per week plus cardio. Have lost 17 lbs since beginning on 6/17/13! Living in South Texas heat is a must for hydration and Tervis tumblers are a staple in our home!!!!!
