I love steel cut oatmeal with bananas or apples in it.
It's a toss up, I love oatmeal with honey, but in summer months when the fruit is at it's best, I love fresh fruit, especially melon's.
I love all the Great grains I have tried so far and would love to try a new one.

I start almost every morning with oatmeal and fresh berries!
I love plain Greek yogurt with some granola and fruit….sweet, crunchy and filled with protein to fill me up!

Oatmeal cereal is the best… love any combination. Warm milk makes it better..
My favorite healthy breakfast is overnight oats made in the refrigerator overnight with skim milk, greek yogurt, cinnamon, flax and topped with banana.
