    Just had my oatmeal this morning – organic rolled oats, vanilla soy milk and creamy peanut butter. Yum! I get the oats for ~$1/lb. at my local food collective.

      I had a room mate who used soy milk. His bathroom window overlooked the patio.. we could literally hear him using the toilet several times a day. It was like out of a comedy show- the noises! It was so bad, I thought it was a sound effects joke. He said it was on account of the soy. Turned me off soy for GOOD.

    My favorite healthy breakfast is a homemade yogurt parfait! Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, and homemade granola sprinkled on top!
