Garlic Sweet Potato Chips
2 large sweet potatoes, sliced 1/6 inch thick
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients; gently toss to combine. Transfer sweet potato chips to a baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chips are crisp. Remove from oven; set aside for 20 minutes to cool; serve.
