This salsa uses fresh tomatoes, buttery avocados and zesty cilantro with a touch of salt. Serve it with crudités or corn tortilla chips for the ultimate gluten-free game day appetizer.
Game Day Salsa
4 large heirloom tomatoes, diced
1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and diced
3 scallions, finely chopped
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
Combine all ingredients in a food processor; pulse on low speed for 30 seconds or until salsa is well combined.
Remove salsa from the food processor; transfer to a serving bowl.
Serve with tortilla chips, crudités or gluten-free crackers.
