In Episode 5, Bobby and friend Katie Lee head to a SoulCycle class, led by instructor Laurie. The camaraderie of the group class and the motivation from the teacher is what Bobby finds inspiring. He likes cycling because it’s a fun and challenging workout, but it’s low-impact so it’s easy on his knees and ankles — a nice break from all the running he does.
But after all of their hard work, Bobby and Katie get in the kitchen to cook brunch together: oatmeal pancakes, open-faced egg sandwiches, sangria and spiced, baked grapefruit.
