I am really trying to move towards more healthy choices, but my main concentration is on protein at the moment.
My goal is to replace sweets and refined carb snacks with healthier, raw options.
I am looking for natural healthy snacks.
Packing my own snacks (nuts/fresh fruit/etc) for work! Avoiding the temptation of the office baked goods!
Snacking healthy is definitely my top priority – packaged foods are already out but my plan for healthier snacking is to include more fruits, nuts, and homemade treats such as whole grain muffins etc. With lots of water!
Keeping healthy snacks in my purse, the car and my desk drawer at work!
I plan to keep the majority of my snacks as vegetables and fruit!
I plan to eat more nuts.
I will not keep unhealthy snacks in my house. If they are there, I know that I will be tempted.
Keep good stuff in the pantry!
