Perfect for breakfast or post-workout, tea perks up this refreshing smoothie, adding flavor and antioxidants for virtually no additional calories.
Ginger-Peach Green Tea Smoothie
Serves: 1
2 cups frozen peaches
½ cup lowfat peach Greek yogurt
1 cup brewed green tea (Tazo Zen recommended)
1 tablespoon honey
¼ teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth.
