I drink at least one fruit/vegetable smoothie a day but I buy them. This juicer would mean I wouldn't need to!

My favorite items to juice usually are something I would not eat regularly if I couldn't get it in juice form. Carrots, kale, cabbage, cucumbers but I like to add apples and berries to sweeten it up and make it more palatable.

Berries banana hemp and chiaroscuro seeds.

I have never juiced before, but I am very intrigued by the possiblities. I would definitely start with greens, kale would definitely go into the juicer.

I make smoothies regularly that include vegetables.. not necessarily juice. I generally put frozen fruit with leafy, dark greens, chia seeds/protein powder/pb2, and either citrus juice (orange, grapefruit, some lemon) or almond milk. Would love to try new recipes in a juicer!!
