    Turkey sammich on sourdough. If I'm lucky, I'll have spent the previous weekend smoking the turkey.

    I like a whole wheat tortilla smeared with PB and filled with apple slices, a side of baby carrots, a piece of fruit that's in season, and a 3 cups of low-fat popcorn.
