    We live on a remote farm, and I have absolutely no experience with preserving. Lemons, Oranges and grapes in abundance. 'Water blommetjies' and all kinds of herb, Growing for the kitchen bitternut, beet, gems and trying potato and garlic. So far have only tried lemon syrup. So this book will help tremendously.

    I'd love to try and can peaches or another large fruit. I've only tried strawberry and blueberry jam.
