    I would try ANYTHING — I've never canned before and suddenly am realizing that I'm the only one among my friends who hasn't. Grandma would be so ashamed of me! :)

    I plan on preserving carrots, corn, green beans, asparagus and mushrooms! All go great with many meals, especially asparagus.

    I would love to try pickles and jalapenos! My grandpa makes pickles with jalapenos in the jar to make them spicy and I’d love to try that too!
