    I found a recipe for a crock-pot applesauce and I am so excited to try my hand at canning it!

    I have canned some banana pepper rings and made some fruit spread; peach, also mulberry. The mulberry is dark and delicious. Even if it is not fun pressing it through my mesh screen. Its flavor is worth the trouble.
