I believe berries are good when prepared to be sweet or savory! They are the perfect, healthy addition to almost any dish. When I have a sweet tooth, I like to pair my berries with some Greek yogurt, low-fat whipped topping, or mixed in with some whole wheat pancakes. When preparing savory dishes, I like to turn my strawberries, raspberries, blueberries into a chutney that includes classic herbs and spices. I have found that berry chutney goes well with chicken, lamb, turkey, and pork! Basically, my love for berries resonates into any snack or meal throughout the day!

I like to eat them in everything from my yogurt and granola in the morning to my salad a lunch, as a snack in the afternoon, and as dessert at supper. However, I like them best just plain and by themselves.

I love strawberries, but the best way to eat them is the following: cut your strawberries in thin slices. Put them in a big bowl. Add sugar and water. Let them seat in the bowl for a couple of hours, stirring from time to time. After a couple of hours, the water will have a delicious strawberry/sugared taste, and will look pink. When you are ready to eat, don't forget to add whipped cream! It is DELICIOUS!

I love when blackberries or marrionberries are at their peak! I spread raw almond butter on a brown rice cake and press the berries right on top, enough to get a pop of juicy goodness! Great for breakfast, lunch, or evening sweet snack :)

We eat berries like crazy here! I recently warmed some in a sauce pan, then slightly smashed them with a potatoe smasher then rolled them in some egg roll wrappers and baked them. Then we added a little tiny bit of powdered sugar. Yummy!

I love all four in cereal, like low-fat granola. I also like them mixed in with my favorite greek yogurt. For strawberries, I love to slice them and put them on toast with peanut butter. Raspberries are best eaten plain YUM!!! Blueberries are best in oatmeal for me…Love it. Blackberries are good smashed up and added to iced tea or lemonade, or I also add them to a fresh green salad. The tartness/sweetness adds great flavor to it and is very refreshing =)

I like to eat my berries one at a time from a bowl…with my fingers. :)

I typically enjoy raspberries all by themselves, although I do also like to use them for making raspberry vinaigrette. As for blueberries, streusel cake is my fav. Later today, I'll be preparing some homemade banana split ice cream that will include chocolate covered (Driscoll's organic) strawberries. If I had all three of the berries, I'd whip up a mixed berry poplova.
