I like to make pie with berries. I mix cream cheese, sour cream and powdered sugar and put that on the bottom of the shortbread pie crust. I then top it with berry pie filling.

Ive picked them with my mom where they grow along her house since I was a child. We would bring in a bowl mash them with a fork and put a little sugar on them. Let them sit for a while to get good and juicy; then sit together and eat. Now she has my own kids eating them the same way!

  9. Natasha says:

I love berries in my oatmeal and in plain Greek yogurt.

My favorite way is in a smoothie – freezing fruit, or mixing with ice, a handful of mint, perhaps a little yogurt or half a banana, cucumber, touch of ginger if I want a bit of spice. Blend up and serve ice cold or sip by the pool. If I want a bit of kick I add flavored vodka. Yum!
