    I do low-impact exercises (hot yoga, swimming, walking, cycling) and eat a nutritionally balanced diet and get plenty of rest to keep in shape and to prevent workout injuries. It doesn't take much physical activity to stay healthy if you are eating right and getting the rest your body requires.

    Epsom salt baths help to prevent pain the day after a workout for me.

    I always make sure to replace my sneakers as soon as they start to wear on the soles to prevent knee and foot pain.

    I LOVE TO MAKE SURE I EAT HEALTHY EVERY DAY AND TAKE VITAMINS SO MY BODY IS WELL BALANCED AND HEALTHY. I MAKE SURE TO WEAR THE RIGHT GEAR WHILE WORKING OUT AND STRETCH IN THE BEGINNING AND COOL DOWN AFTER EVERY WORK OUT :)

    I just make sure that I properly feed my body and keep my nutrition up. Also, I let myself cool down and stretch after a work out

  9. A few minutes of warm up with basic stretches before any form of exercise is a must to prevent any injuries.
