My favorite cuisines are Thai, Mediterranean, and Indian food. All of these cooking styles are packed with flavor and loaded with high nutrients. The creativity in Indian food with the aroma of flavors and spices is mouth watering. The Mediterranean lifestyle of natural healthy living with lentils and herbs is a vegetarians dream. Finally Thai with exceptional dishes, from curries, lemon grass soups, stir frys and assortment of vegetables you will never leave disappointed! This cookbook would be a great global foods guide for me to create my own flavorful and nutrient packed dishes!
