I have two favorites and it goes back and forth as to which is really my favorite. Thai right now is my favorite, partially because of peanut sauce. In a close second is Indian. I would LOVE this cookbook! My husband and i love all ethnic food.

When we lived in Egypt one of our favorite things to do was to go a Kushary (Koshari) Resturant. This local dish is delicious, cheap and a little healthy! LOL the dish consists white short grain rice, macaroni, brown lentils and fried onions served on top. At the resturant you had a choose of sauces that you could request (some places it would already be on the table. There was a garlic vinegar type sauce and a spicy tomato type sauce which I loved. Kushary was also should on the street in vendor carts. I loved the fact that the sold at the resturant was Kushary and something to drink. Oh how I miss it!
