    I just love the recipe about apricots, the sweet, golden orange, and fragrant rich fruit does not just taste good, but is giving us a vast array of benefits including, mainly vitamin A,C, carotenes, and Zeaxanthin, and not mentioning that eating fresh fruits like these contains plenty of anti-oxidants.

    I love doing huge summer salads with beans as the base (use froze edamame and it will thaw on the way to the cookout!) and seasonal produce to add other colors and flavors. Beyond that, often just a bit of lemon juice, salt and pepper is all that needed!
