    Ever since I got sick the doctor recommended better eating, so I have learned to eat a new way. I love love love it fresh bananas or cut apple even plain non fat yogart….shamefully I even love it on low fat ice cream!

    On yogurt (home-made, store-bought or frozen) is my usual MO for granola. But just straight from the package is pretty great, too!

    Every morning on top of plain Greek yogurt with berries, honey, and a little extra flaxseed. Or tossed in with cereal so I get to enjoy it at the bottom of the bowl!!

    I eat granola with my yogurt every morning. I actually make my own with almonds, walnuts, oats, flaxseed, cinnamon and agave. It has less sugar than store brands and it tastes amazing!

    I can't get out of bed quick enough each day to start enjoying my morning granola..I switch from fruit,yogurt and granola one day to cereal,banana and granola the next..I always measure my granola portion and then add another little bit more because its so good tasting and satisfying to me..P.S. Sometmes I duplicate it for dinner or a bedtime snack..I guess I am HOOKED on GRANOLA!!!
