I am single, so i will go the gym after work and get in a good workout as always and then go home and hang out with my dog, since my 22 year old son will probably be out celebrating with a girl! I live again through his life now.

My boyfriend is having out-patient surgery on Valentine's Day so a nice quiet candlelit meal at home with this flourless chocolate cake will make a lovely Valentine treat.

I will set up a table in front of the stone fireplace with a fire going, dim the lights, open the drapes to capture the moonlight, put on classical music for awhile, then switch to Nora Jones and other crooners, look into my husbands eyes and tell him everything that I appreciate about him and our life together, from the past and the present, kiss him, share a bottle of good champagne and provide him with a wonderful dinner. We will continue telling each other what we love and appreciate about each other, dance, hold each other and snuggle into the wee hours of the morning, then go off to bed. Nothing more. Simple!
