You can buy your own, or you can tell us about your lunch here for a chance to win one. Either way, when you get it, you can fill it with salad, pasta, stir-fry or even sushi. It’s easy to tote and it won’t take up a lot of room in the office ‘fridge and you can clip your fork (or chopsticks) to the top. It’s microwave and dishwasher safe, and BPA free.

So what did you eat for lunch today?






Tikka Masala Chicken with stir-fried organic veggies: zucchini, purple kale, tomato, carrot, onion and red pepper – a rainbow on a plate, extras from last night's dinner! Yum!
I brought a sourdough wrap with leftover salmon, spinach, tomato and avocado. Very filling!
Salad with Sliced Grilled chicken breast, sesame seeds and crasins with a Raseberry vinegrette dressing and White Cheddar flavoured Whole Grain Brown Rice crackers.__
I made a yummy mushroom, shallot & capsicum omlette with organic eggs for breaky, with four eggs instead of two, and popped half of it in much lunchbox with a fresh salad! Oh and Paw Paw & Blueberries and macadamie nuts for snacks! Yummmooo!
My lunch today was a chicken florentine sandwich with sour cream and onion chips. Winning the bento box would inspire me to bring home made lunches to work with me instead of frozen meals.
I had scrambles egg whites with Fiber One apple-cinnamon muffins! And coffee! Late breakfast
Tuna mixed with shredded cabbage, tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, and a litttle bit of hot sauce, in a spinach wrap.
Baby carrots and hummus as a snack.
And an apple for dessert!

I packed my lunch for tomorrow. Bibimbap, a great way to use up the leftovers from a weekend Korean BBQ. Marinated Spinach, burdock root, bean sprouts, carrots, a little sliced marinated beef all over rice and topped with kochujang-sesame oil. MMMMM so good. I can't wait for lunch tomorrow.
My fave brown bag lunch so far this month was Inside Out Chicken Egg Rolls. Second fave – gourmet grilled cheese with Brie, Apricots and Almonds. Both were totally delicious and way better than the fast food alternatives!
Greek yogurt with added (frozen) blueberries, red bell peppers and a Fiber One 90 bar !
