#1: Carrots

    I get my peanut butter in bulk since I know I'll go through it. It's only 3.69 for a 36oz jar so the cost per serving ends up being even less.

    How about dry beans? I buy dried chickpeas in bulk and sue them for soups, hummus, and bean salads.

    I also buy nuts in the bulk sections and make my own nut butters. Super easy and low-cost!

    Healthy eating means maintaining a nutritious diet. I believe it to be important to every one. I stress a healthy life to my family and friends and I try to show them the benefits to it. I think the greatest benefit most of all is that it makes you feel and lool great. If your not eating healthy, then you are not helping your body. You are filling it with what it does not want, instead, help your body out and eat healthy. The turn out is awesome. I have been eating healthy for years and I have never felt better in my life.

    YoCrunch yogurt has a great variety of different flavors depending on what you are looking for. The individual cups are all under $3 and the 4-packs depending on what store you go to can be found for under $3.

    I have been on a steel cut oats lately and honestly can't go back to rolled oats. Less than $1/lb in the bulk section at my local market
