Snacks with 200 Calories (or Fewer!)

Having a snack attack? Forgo the last minute trip to the vending machine and be prepared when hunger strikes with these snacks with fewer than 200 calories each.

#1: Basic Edamame
Munch on baby soy beans packed with protein and hunger-fighting fiber.

#2: Apple and Peanut Butter
Top a sliced apple with natural peanut butter for a smooth and crunchy combination. This snack is packed with heart-healthy unsaturated fat and the antioxidant vitamins E and C. Check out how your favorite brand did in our taste test.

#3: Rainbow Fruit Skewers With Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

    anyone remember Ants on a Log? carrot or celery sticks with peanut butter and raisins on top? it's a good snack for kids, but I still eat it too!

      Love ants on a log– I have heard a few versions, some with cream cheese too. With all the options out there nowadays there are many ways to create this classic kids favorite!

    Has anyone tried Kale Chips? This is a snack on the 17 day diet but kale chips are really great anytime. I started eating them because I was on the 17 day diet and did lose about 68 pounds but it was not all about the kale chips there was a lot of other recipes that got me through the 17 day diet process. But regardless of whether or not you are on a diet these chips are great.
