Cookies

Enjoy one cookie for around 160 calories, serve with fresh fruit or dunk into a glass of ice cold milk.

Fudge

This classic treat only needs 4 ingredients. Each piece has about 75 calories, so keep it to one or two per person.

Crackerwiches

These goodies make the perfect after-school or bedtime snack. Berries are a nice change from jelly – thank goodness it’s strawberry season.

Nutty Pretzel Wands

A sweet, salty and crunchy treat, use a tablespoon of peanut butter (per person) to hold it all together.

Apple Moons

Jazz up apples and PB with some sweet and crunchy granola – use a tablespoon of each per person to keep the calories at 140 per serving.
