Now that winter is upon us, the fresh fruit of summer is a past memory. This is the perfect time to turn to frozen fruit — look for unsweetened varieties to avoid added sugars. Once you stock up, here are 5 easy ways to use this healthy convenience food.

Margarita
Even in the cold weather, you just need a frozen margarita. Keep a bag of frozen mango on hand and be sure to limit portions to one cup. Use the extra fruit for a breakfast smoothie or a topping for waffles or pancakes.
