This year I've been loving Chewy Chocolate Pomegranate "Brookies". They're a cross between a cookie and a brownie…and totally addictive. Plus the bright red pop of the pomegranate arils make them extra festive. Old Fashioned Oatmeal Cookies are another standby. I just made a TRIPLE batch to freeze.
