Back to school means a return to hectic days, and while we always want to cook a wholesome meal at home, sometimes there’s only time for a pit-stop at the drive-through. But wait — that doesn’t mean you have to give up on healthy eating! Learn what to choose (and what to avoid) at popular quick-service spots.

This is great information! Sometimes when your at fast food resturants, you never know what's healthy (Or even if there is something healthy!). And sometimes we just never pay attention and just look for what looks good and are big portions. But we need to try to get the healthiest thing possible, and not in a big portion. If there is nothing healthy, go for the smaller portions and look at the picture of it and see what's in it, or ask the cashier.
