    This is great information! Sometimes when your at fast food resturants, you never know what's healthy (Or even if there is something healthy!). And sometimes we just never pay attention and just look for what looks good and are big portions. But we need to try to get the healthiest thing possible, and not in a big portion. If there is nothing healthy, go for the smaller portions and look at the picture of it and see what's in it, or ask the cashier.
