Market Watch: French Breakfast Radishes by Dana Angelo White in Eating Green, Farmers' Market Finds, In Season, June 7, 2010

- Fresh French Breakfast Radishes
I spotted piles of these spectacular red-and-white root veggies at the farmers’ market and had to scoop them up. These crunchy spring veggies taste even better than they look. Pick up a bunch of these calcium-packed superstars while they’re in season!
How to Enjoy French Breakfast Radishes
Munch on them solo or use these slender and delicate radishes to give some crunch to salads, salsas and stir-fries. They’re a little less spicy than other varieties, but still have that “radish-y” bite.
At the market they suggested serving them with bagels and cream cheese, so I made a fresh and light veggie spread.
Vegetable Cream Cheese
8-ounces low fat cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup finely chopped radishes
2 tablespoons finely chopped scallions
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Combine ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.

I really like your blog.. very nice colors & theme. Did you create this website yourself or did you hire someone to do it for you? Plz reply as I’m looking to design my own blog and would like to know where u got this from. many thanks
Thanks for your publication. What I want to point out is that when you are evaluating a good on the net electronics store, look for a website with entire information on key elements such as the security statement, safety measures details, payment methods, as well as other terms in addition to policies. Often take time to read the help as well as FAQ segments to get a much better idea of how a shop operates, what they are able to do for you, and exactly how you can make the most of the features.
I am accordingly in high spirits to interpret this. This is the type of info that needs to ensue certain and not the unintended party line that’s on the further blogs. Value your sharing this furthermost doc.
