    Why don't you post the nutritional information with healthy recipes.? Calorie, fat, sodium, etc. some of us would like to use this information for balancing our daily nutritional intake.

      All of our recipes are hand-picked by registered dietitians. Even though we don't post the nutrition info for every recipe, we have analyzed them to make sure they meet our healthy guidelines http://blog.foodnetwork.com/healthyeats/2008/12/2

        It´s fine that the recipes meet guidelines, but please keep in mind that every person has unique dietary needs, and what is good for one person may not be ideal for another. Nutrition info would still be very helpful to many of us.

        It agree. My son has just been diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. It would be really useful to have the carb counts for the recipes.

    I'm very happy to see more healthy food suggestions. The one thing that has baffled me for a long time is the shocking amount of salt that the celeb chefs add to their recipes, even when the ingredients are high in sodium. Salt is one of the leading known causes of high blood pressure and coronary illness and even though doctors regularly suggest a drastic reduction of the amount of salt added to food, the celeb chefs continue to put handfulls in everything. It's time for these habits to change.
