Sour Cream & Lemon Corn Muffins
Every year I have this internal debate: Do I make cornbread or rolls for Thanksgiving dinner? This year, I’m going with cornbread, but either of these recipes will make a scrumptious addition to your holiday table. Stick to smaller portions (mini-muffins, anyone?) to save room for the rest of the meal and keep calories in check.

Maybe this year's Thanksgiving will be dominated by cornbread. I have read several posts about people trying out this recipe. So what happens to the traditional turkey? Just for laughs – but checking the Easy Rolls I notice why you may be giving this suggestion – It is one of Paula's easy recipes. You want everyone to spend less time cooking and more time on the celebration. So you are giving them a recipe of 5 ingredients and 5 cooking steps.
