This week, I skipped my sushi and Thai take-out menus and made these delicious rolls at home. The shrimp, veggies and fresh herbs combine into a simple summer side or dinner party appetizer — all for only 90 calories per serving. If carrots aren’t your thing, mix and match with farm-fresh cukes or another crisp veggie. And don’t forget the dipping sauce, which adds a bit of a kick thanks to the Sriracha.
