It’s insanely — and unseasonably — hot in the northeast today, and tomorrow it’s supposed to be warmer. This iced tea is just what the weatherman ordered. Antioxidant-rich white tea is the base. It gets a boost from fresh lemon slices (vitamin C), chopped fresh ginger (a bit of spice), honey (a simple, natural sugar) and the piece de resistance: frozen raspberry cubes!
