Spotlight Recipe: Oatmeal Peanut Butter Energy Bars

We have had a couple posts this week about buying (or making) the healthiest snack and energy bars. Continuing on that theme, I wanted to give props to Dana for this homemade version. Her recipe includes a mix of oatmeal, peanut butter, brown rice cereal and dried fruits, but you can always sub in your favorite fruits or nut butter variations.
