Everyone needs a good kale recipe! This side dish has big flavor, vitamins, protein and only takes minutes to throw together. Kale and red pepper flakes balance out with creamy white beans and savory chicken broth. Add leftovers to an omelet or toss with cooked pasta.





Great veggie recipe. The cook time of 20 minutes makes its more appealing.The ground black pepper and red pepper flakes reminiscent of Mexican recipes.
Looks yummy, I’ll sub veggie broth for the chicken broth.
I really like this recipe.
It is simple and so healthy (kale and beans!)and delicious. It will complement any meat dishes very well.
