Spiced Pita Chips
Craving a crunch for your afternoon snack? Rather than digging into those fat-laden potato chips or crackers, try homemade spiced pita chips. Doctored up with a blend of cayenne, cumin, coriander and garlic, these whole wheat pita pieces are baked, not fried, and pair nicely with a simple hummus dip. Take a few to work (and skip the snack machine) or serve them up at a party.
