What to Watch: The Perfect Burger on The Kitchen and Finalists Try to Beat Bobby Flay on Food Network Star

On Saturday morning, the co-hosts on The Kitchen are sharing their secrets to making the perfect burger, and Geoffrey Zakarian is sharing the recipe for his Iron Chef Burger. Then Tiffani Thiessen is making a Mediterranean feast with Chicken Kebabs, Lemon Rice and Spiced Pita Chips. On Sunday morning, Tia Mowry is making party perfect finger foods, and later, Ina Garten is making roasted vegetables like a pro.

On Sunday evening, a cop, a firefighter, an EMT and an Air Force pilot are battling it out in Flavortown, and on Food Network Star, the finalists are get a chance to beat Bobby Flay.

The Kitchen: Burger Bliss – Saturday, July 15 at 11a|10c

It's an all-burger bash on The Kitchen as the hosts share their secrets and recipes for building better burgers. Geoffrey Zakarian makes his Iron Chef Burger (pictured), and Marcela Valladolid serves up Tuna Burgers with Chipotle Slaw. Jeff Mauro puts a flavorful spin on a Chicken Burger, and Food Network Star Aaron McCargo Jr. stops by with his Locked and Loaded Chorizo Burger. Katie Lee blends up a Blueberry Pie Milkshake to wash it all down.

Dinner at Tiffani’s: A Mediterranean Feast – Saturday, July 15 at 12:30|11:30c

Tiffani takes us to Greece with her husband, Brady Smith, and friends Ethan Embry and Sunny Mabrey, dishing out rich Mediterranean flavors with light ingredients. Homemade Tzatziki and Hummus with Spiced Pita Chips are the perfect start to any meal, and char-grilled Chicken Kebabs over Lemon Rice are a must-have. And it wouldn't be a trip to Greece without olive oil – Orange-Olive Oil Mini Cakes with Citrus Glaze (pictured) to be exact.

Tia Mowry at Home: Game On – Sunday, July 16 at 10a|9c

Tia invites her dear friends and "The Game" co-stars Brittany Daniel and Wendy Raquel Robinson over for some alfresco finger foods! On the menu: Teriyaki Grilled Steak Skewers with Chile-Herb Dipping Sauce (pictured), BLT Salad Bites, Hot Potato Tots with Chipotle Ketchup, and Tomato Pop Micheladas.

Parmesan Roasted Cauliflower

Ina, the queen of roasted vegetables, spills the beans on how to roast like a pro, starting with Butternut Squash Hummus. Then, British-based restaurateur and chef Yotam Ottolenghi gives the lowdown on picture-perfect Roasted Baby Vegetables with Sumac and Yogurt. Next, two delectable Spanish recipes: Roasted Vegetable Paella and chef Jose Andre's roasted Escalavida Catalana. Finally, Ina makes Roasted-Potato and Fennel Soup and her ultimate side dish: Parmesan-Roasted Cauliflower (pictured).

Guy’s Grocery Games: American Heroes – Sunday, July 16 at 8|7c

Four American heroes -- a cop, a firefighter, an EMT and an Air Force vet -- test their culinary might in a battle worth up to $20,000. First, the heroes are inspired by legendary rapper-turned-judge Rev Run to "wok this way," using a wok to shop for and cook a hearty crew meal. Next, the chefs must test their skills in Guy Fieri's classic arcade game, Spree Ball, to determine the ingredients in their hero sandwiches. Then, the final two attempt to make a leisurely day off dinner, but Guy announces "closing time!" without warning.

In the first round of cooking, the finalists go head-to-head to determine who will take on the master himself, Bobby Flay, in round two. Anyone who can beat Bobby is safe from elimination, but those who are not up to the challenge may lose their spot in the competition. Special guest Anne Burrell helps determine which finalist will not be moving on.
