With a statement as bold as that from Alton Brown, you're likely expecting the challenge in question to be shocks of electricity, a cage-fighting match or a contraption that would (nearly) paralyze the chefs, right? We're happy to report that none of those sabotages made an appearance during tonight's all-new special judges' episode of Cutthroat Kitchen. Instead, what Alton deemed to be "my finest sabotage of all time" was nothing more than a makeshift stool in a dingy, dimly lit "holding area," where one judge had to sit. How bad could that be? Well, it turns out that it was bad enough to ultimately doom Simon Majumdar and just about guarantee Antonia Lofaso's win in Round 3.

You know how judges are sequestered in soundproof chambers during the cooking rounds? Antonia spent more than $15,000 to force Simon to occupy that dreaded space — while Alton announced the Round 3 dish. That meant that Simon, once he was allowed back in the arena, had no choice but to follow Antonia through the pantry and attempt to mirror her prep steps in the hopes of producing the assigned plate — a brownie sundae — or at least something similar to it. Ultimately, though, Antonia's self-described "master plan" to trip up Simon worked: While she turned out a brownie-like chocolate cake, Simon presented the judge of the day, Eric Greenspan, with a fruit-based dessert with hot chocolate on the side.

Click the play button on the video above to watch Alton, Simon, Antonia and Eric come together on the After-Show and recount this doozy of a sabotage, and get Alton's take on Simon's place in Round 3.
