The summer is starting to heat up, and your favorite chefs are prepared with recipes that will keep things cool in the kitchen. The contestants will have to wow the judges with decadent desserts that include tricky savory ingredients. Next, the Food Network Star finalists will have to impress Giada De Laurentiis, Bobby Flay and guest judge Duff Goldman with their edible art creations. After, the finalists will try their hands as guest hosts of the segment “Will It?” with Rhett and Link, co-hosts of the YouTube channel Good Mythical Morning.

In Round 1, chefs roll the dice to determine that their favorite dessert must include beef jerky. Next, chefs play Guy Fieri's favorite arcade game to decide which vegetable must be featured in their birthday treat. In the final face-off, chefs must make their best chocolate dessert using nine items or fewer.

Then, Rhett and Link, hosts of the wildly popular YouTube channel Good Mythical Morning, challenge the finalists to take a spin as guests on their show.
