Season Eatings: Emeril Lagasse stops by to make a holiday Rack of Lamb with Apple Mint Puree. Then, the gang shows how to take holiday parties up a notch with Katie Lee's Christmas Tree Cheese Ball and Marcela Valladolid's Snowman Cheese Ball. Ginger and Spice and Everything Nice: Bakers must make mini desserts highlighting candied ginger, then create three different types of holiday cookies inspired by family traditions. (Sunday, Nov. 29, 9|8c)

World-Class Classics: The five remaining bakers celebrate a couple of favorites by reinventing two Hanukkah classics: rugelach and macaroons. (Sunday, Dec. 6, 9|8c)

Naughty vs. Nice: In a special holiday episode, three chefs have to harvest ingredients from Christmas stockings to make a party dip. (Wednesday, Dec. 9, 9|8c)

Holi-Dazed and Confused: In this special holiday episode, two chefs have to prep their Christmas quiche on a pile of snow. (Wednesday, Dec. 16, 9|8c)
