This may look like a basic frosted cake when you first place it on the dessert table, but one slice and all your friends will be amazed by it’s marbled green interior. To achieve this effect, you’ll use a large fork to poke holes into your baked cake and fill them with zesty lime gelatin. Give your guests even more variety and make our spiked Irish Cream Poke Cake too!

Fans of pistachio ice cream and gelato won’t be able to resist grabbing an extra-large slice of this nutty cheesecake. You’ll use pistachio paste to make the creamy batter and roasted pistachios to make the buttery crust. Trust us — everyone will go absolutely nuts over it, plus its light pastel color is a subtle way to follow the festive green-food theme without being too in-your-face.

There’s so much more to avocados than avocado toast and guacamole. Take this creamy frozen pie for example! You’ll whip avocados with coconut cream, lime juice and lime zest to make the pie’s fluffy filling and top with coconut whipped cream for an even more exotic touch. It’s a tasty way to add some variety to your typical dessert lineup; plus, you can easily assemble and freeze it the night before to save time if you’re heading to the big parade on St. Patrick’s Day morning.

Inspired by one of McDonald's cult favorite drinks, these vanilla and mint-flavored milkshakes are a fun and nostalgic way to add a non-alcoholic drink option to your party menu.
