If you're looking to add a little flair and flavor to your impending week off, look no further. Food Network is offering a week full of mouthwatering Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives specials with the traveling food connoisseur himself, Guy Fieri. On Monday, go with Guy down South as he tries to hit all of the major Southern staples. On Tuesday, get ready to indulge in an all-day breakfast feast. Wednesday is a day dedicated to those celebrated chefs we like to call "Mom," who serve up quality home-cooked meals. On Thursday, it's about foods with a certain hometown charm and allure. Friday brings pork's chance to shine, and Guy makes sure to sample only the best pork dishes the country has to offer. You can catch Guy on his appetizing adventures from Monday, Dec. 22 to Friday, Dec. 26.

There's nothing like a little Southern hospitality to tickle your taste buds. In this one-hour special, Guy's celebrating good old Southern home cooking, from collards and grits in South Carolina to scratch-made biscuits in Oregon. Then to St. Louis for some real-deal soul food, and on to Cajun classics in Indiana, dumplings in the Carolinas and po' boys in Kentucky. And back to a memorable DDD spot, the Michigan joint where gizzards are the specialty. Ring the bell — supper's ready, y'all!

It's time to wake up and smell the coffee, 'cause in this one-hour special, Guy's rustling up the best of breakfast. From California to Florida, New York to Arizona, we're covering all the classics, like killer waffles, old-school biscuits and gravy, huevos rancheros that are the bomb, and an out-of-bounds hash extravaganza. Plus, there are some not-so-typical early morning bites, like Louisiana veal, bacon doughnuts and a pancake that looks just like Guy himself.

Mother knows best, and in this one-hour special Guy is traveling the nation celebrating all things Mom, from treasured recipes handed down through generations, to righteous restaurants where you feel like you're part of the family.
