Guy is one of the reasons I lost interest in the FN. The Food Network channel is not a cooking channel anymore.

I agree. Too Many "Game"type shows. Wish they would return to more cooking shows, like the Barefoot Contessa or Pioneer Woman – things you can really cook!

Hi Guy! I have a great place for you next time you are in Dallas, TX! Cafe Izmir offers wonderful old world Persian food that will make it worth your while to make a special trip here. Their hummus is amazing – tangy and garlicky – and we never leave without the Saffron Chicken and the Lamb Rolls. Why not, add the Meat Dolmas (fresh made, of course) and the Vegetable Piroski ( So crispy! Don't foget to dip in that tangy sesame topped sauce.) Finish it all off with a great cup of Turkish coffee and Saffron Gelato and you'll leave satisfied and happy! Cafe Izmir is a family owned place that is making quite a name for itself. You'll often find Mama sitting outside greeting her guests and we are welcomed inside with hugs and huge smiles. This is hands-down our favorite place! We'd love to share it with you.
