    I am a big fan of all the chefs hopefully I can meet you guys and gals one day. I also had knee so I cant really travel. Hope to meet all of you guys and gals soon. That would be the best birthday present ever.

    I find it hard to understand why Melissa must always end her comments w/ a negative something or another. I gave it thought and decided that she must be a real perfectionist and, in that, finds it very hard to just say something positive and let it end there. Love the show – just cringe when Melissa gives her critique.
